Housing/Eviction Resources

If you have been or fear you may be served with an eviction notice,

Please contact Idaho Legal Aid Housing Hotline at (208) 746-7541. Contacting the housing hotline will provide you with the opportunity to talk to an attorney about your eviction concerns more quickly than our program can accommodate.  If Idaho Legal Aid determines an attorney may be able to assist you with your eviction, they may refer you back to our program.
