If you are low-income and need a lawyer for a civil matter, the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program (IVLP) may be able to help. Using a statewide network of volunteer attorneys, IVLP provides free civil legal assistance through advice and consultation, brief legal service and representation. IOLTA Grant Application Open Soon The Idaho Law Foundation invites organizations seeking funding for programs or projects that meet one of the charitable purposes outlined below to consider applying.Civil legal services to aid low-income individuals and families Law related education programs Initiatives that improve the administration of justice Scholarships and student loans including, for example funds to support law students engaging in public interest work.
